A few days ago my friend ████ came by with a few boats for us and wanted to show me the prototype of a new █████. ████ has been on the paddlesport for over █████ years, so ████ knows his stuff. We intended to take it to ███████ for a paddle, but time got away from us. ████ came over for dinner instead, and we talked about boats as we ate █████ and drank █████. The thought about going to the █████ and checking out some hot █████, but we stayed home and chillaxed with the Dogs 2.0 and 3.0, and ████’s dog ████. ████’s dog is a wonderful █████ █████.
This █████ should be available in a better pre-production form in ██████. Until then, this is all you get.

Sure hope it’s a replica of a Dagger Rival. Mine’s shot! I learned that when Mad River went into Dagger and took the molds there was no Rival. Where did it go??? I’ll buy one tomorrow . . .

I met Darren at Rutabaga the other day when I picked up my 2011 Native Ultimate 14.5 tandem fishing kayak. I think he and I are the only two guys in Wisconsin who like Latin. At any rate, he clued me in to his blog, and I just want to say that it reminds me of Annie Dillard’s book, “Pilgrim at Tinker Creek.” Blogs like this could easily be books like that. And Annie didn’t use photos.
